Wat mag ik doen met de as van een overledene?
Na de uitvaart moet de as van de overledene 1 maand in het crematorium blijven. Daarna krijgt u de asbus mee.
Mogelijkheden na ontvangst asbus
Als u de asbus krijgt, kunt u de as:
- verstrooien op open zee of op een daartoe bestemd strooiveld;
- thuis bewaren;
- bijzetten in een daarvoor bestemd gedeelte van een crematorium of begraafplaats;
- begraven in een graf;
- meenemen naar het buitenland (uitvoeren).
